In accordance with Section 42(a) of the TBA Bylaws, TBA Interim Executive Director Barry Kolar has certified that the following members are duly qualified for election to the office named.

TBA Board of Governors and ABA Delegate Positions

Uncontested Positions

No contest exists for these offices and the TBA Board of Governors may declare them automatically elected:

Vice President, East Tennessee (One-Year Term)

At the April meeting of the Board of Governors, the Board may declare that a vacancy will exist in the following positions:

• Grand Division Governor, West Tennessee (One-Year Term)
This division qualifies for two seats on the TBA Board of Governors. Only one candidate filed for the positions, leaving a vacancy.

• Grand Division Governor, Middle Tennessee (One-Year Term)
This division qualifies for two seats on the TBA Board of Governors. Only one candidate filed for the positions, leaving a vacancy.

In accordance with Article 47 of the TBA Bylaws, the Board of Governors may fill this vacancy at its next meeting.
