TBA Board of Governors
The TBA Board of Governors governs the activities of, administer the business of and acts for the Association in all matters, subject to the direction of membership and provisions of the Charter and Bylaws.

House of Delegates
The House of Delegates considers, debates, and makes policy recommendations on matters of interest and concern to the legal profession. It acts on matters brought to it by the Board of Governors and can consider matters on its own initiative.

Tennessee Legal Community Foundation
The Tennessee Legal Community Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that provides continuing legal education for members of the Tennessee legal community and works to increase the public’s access to our justice system.
