Information and Forms for Teams Qualifying for State
Congratulations on your district competition success! We look forward to welcoming you to Nashville on March 20-21, 2026, for the 45th Annual Tennessee State High School Mock Trial Competition. Below you will find general information as well as the forms required to register for the competition.

HOTEL INFORMATION:
Mock trial participants will stay overnight at the Millennium Maxwell House Hotel located at 2025 Rosa Parks Blvd., Nashville, 37228. Each team will be provided four hotel rooms for Friday night, March 20, at no charge. The TBA will make the reservations and pay the hotel directly for these four rooms. Teams will note who should stay in these rooms on the Team Registration form. If teams elect to stay on additional days, they are required to make the payment for those rooms for those days with the hotel.
For friends and family of competitors, hotel reservations may be made with this link. You do not have to pay the resort fee upon check-in.

- T-shirt Order Form Due March 2
- Lunch Order Form Due March 6
- National Pledge Form Due March 11
- Photo Release Form Due March 11
- Courthouse Use and Rules Form Due March 11
- Team Roster Form Bring 40 copies to competition - 20 copies for prosecution and 20 copies for defense. Do not submit on Tabroom.
