Women in the Profession Initiative Sponsors

The TBA's Women in the Profession Initiative, a project of the Women in the Profession Committee, launched in 2022 and continues into 2023. The initiative is focused on assessing the progress that has been made for women in law since the association’s first Glass Ceiling Task Force report in 2012. To date, the initiative has included a survey of TBA members and several CLE programs. Additional activities are planned throughout 2023.
