The following attorneys were suspended by the Supreme Court on Aug. 15, 27 and 29, 2008, for failing to comply with Rule 21 of the Rules of the Tennessee Supreme Court, which requires mandatory continuing legal education, during the 2007 compliance year. Attorneys who have since complied with CLE requirements, and for whom notice has been received from the court, are noted as reinstated.

The attorneys listed below were suspended by the Board of Professional Responsibility for failure to pay the 2008 annual registration fee as required by Rule 9, section 20 of the Rules of the Tennessee Supreme Court. Orders were filed with the Supreme Court on May 27, June 30, July 14, July 21 and Dec. 18, 2008. Attorneys who have since complied with fee requirements, and for whom notice has been received from the court, are noted as reinstated.
