Think Different, Litigate Better: Winning with Apple Technology in a Windows World

Modern juries expect more, and the litigators who deliver it with technology are winning. Today’s courtroom looks very different than it did just a decade ago and the tools lawyers use must evolve just as quickly. This interactive, demonstration-driven session explores how technology, including a discussion about Apple devices and the LIT SUITE, can transform the way litigators prepare, organize and present their cases.

Attendees will discover how to streamline workflows, enhance mobility, and seamlessly integrate new technology into traditionally Windows-based environments, without disrupting existing systems. Through real-world scenarios and live demonstrations, the program will showcase practical solutions for managing discovery, preparing depositions, presenting evidence and collaborating with co-counsel from anywhere.

Whether you are curious about transitioning to mobile-first litigation or simply looking to improve efficiency in your current practice, this session will provide actionable strategies to help you litigate more effectively in today’s technology-driven legal landscape.
