Registration for the TBA Annual Convention includes access to all major convention events and programs, including CLE.

Guest Registration includes the same access to programs and events, but is not eligible for CLE credit. (Individual tickets also are available for guests planning to attend a single event with a full registrant.)

These tickets are for guests who do not want to purchase the full guest registration or those who are not registering for the full convention and want to attend one or more individual events.

MAKE RESERVATIONS AT THE CROWNE PLAZA KNOXVILLE DOWNTOWN UNIVERSITY

The Crowne Plaza Knoxville Downtown University will serve as the host hotel for the 2026 TBA Annual Convention. Located in downtown Knoxville, the hotel is just half a mile from the Knoxville Convention Center and within walking distance of Market Square, Old City and the University of Tennessee.

The TBA has negotiated a group rate of $199 per night for the dates of the event. Be sure to reference the group name “Tennessee Bar Association Annual Convention” when booking.

Call-In Reservations: Attendees may call 865-522-2600 and ask for “in-house” reservations. Please mention the group name (Tennessee Bar Association Annual Convention) to receive the discounted rate.

Cut-Off Date: Rooms must be reserved by May 8, 2026, by 5 p.m. EDT. After this date, any remaining rooms in the block will be released and the group rate is not guaranteed.

Parking: Parking is available in the hotel garage on a space-available basis. Self-parking is $25 per day; valet parking is $35 per day.

If registrations need to be modified, please contact the TBA as soon as possible via email at convention@tnbar.org or via phone at 615-383-7421. Please keep TBA updated about any changes in your plans so we can best accommodate all event registrants. Registered attendees are eligible for a refund of the registration fee less a $50 administrative fee for all written requests received by June 1, 2026. After that date, cancellation will incur an additional fee of up to 80% of the registration cost.
