In Her Last Column, President Sellers Writes About Hope from a Hard Year
In her last column, TBA President Michelle Greenway Sellers writes about the wild ride that has been the past year, and how the legal profession has risen to meet the challenges. She ends her presidency with hope on the horizon. "The good news is that we are moving toward in-person activities, and those who want to be vaccinated now have that opportunity. We are planning our first hybrid TBA Convention in Memphis in June. TBA Leaders to Take Top Spots in Statewide, National Groups
Germantown attorney James “Jim” Barry will serve as president of the Tennessee Bar Association in 2023-2024. The YLD announced its new president will be Nashville lawyer Billy Leslie. And TBA Executive Director Joycelyn Stevenson has been chosen to serve as vice president of the National Association of Bar Executives (NABE) for 2021-2022.
