Don't miss the TBA Construction Law Section's Construction Law Basics this Friday in Knoxville. The program will run from 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. EDT and feature Timothy Gibbons with Chambliss, Bahner & Stophel in Chattanooga; Jerry Martin, a solo practioner in Knoxville; and Jason Shade with Ensley, Baker & Shade PLLC in Johnson City. The three-hour program will cover the prompt pay act, contractor licensing, lien law and construction contracts.
