Join the TBA for Intellectual Property: CLE Bytes, an IP forum which will include presentations on patent, trademark, copyright, and trade secrets issues. Practitioners may attend any or all of the presentations based on their learning needs. The morning sessions sessions will trademarks and the First Amendment, the punitive use of trademark law, and recent developments in copyright law. The afternoon sessions will address aspects of IPR proceedings, patent damages, and trade secrets.
