Bivins to Discuss Sentencing Code Reform at Nov. 2 FastTrack Program

Chief Justice Jeffrey Bivins will discuss his ideas regarding the need for criminal justice reform at the Fall FastTrack program at the Tennessee Bar Center on Nov. 2.
