The TBA Corporate Counsel Section is hosting a one-hour CLE with lunch tomorrow from noon to 1 p.m. at the Tennessee Bar Center. The course will focus on privacy laws with a discussion of the European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).

This year’s Construction Law Forum is focused on the growing trend of resolving commercial construction disputes via binding arbitration. The TBA Young Lawyers Division's annual Transactional Practice CLE is a six-hour seminar that provides lawyers with the information, tools and tips needed to successfully handle transactional, traditional business and regulatory matters.
