TBA’s Group Health Insurance, provided by BlueCross BlueShield, offers guaranteed issue coverage, with no health questions and no pre-existing condition exclusions. The Cookeville law firm Byars Law made the switch. Here is what attorney Gordon Byars says about the program: “TBA’s health insurance allows our firm to offer competitive insurance benefits to our employees. If we did not have this resource, we could not afford to offer a similar plan through the normal marketplace. The price is competitive, and the coverage is amazing. Having this benefit to offer has allowed us to recruit better quality employees as we expand our practice." Find out more or get your quote now.

TBA’s Group Health Insurance, provided by BlueCross BlueShield, offers guaranteed issue coverage, with no health questions and no pre-existing condition exclusions. The Knoxville law firm Butler Vines & Babbs made the switch. Here is what firm administrator David T. Kristy says about the program: “When the TBA Member Insurance Solutions Plans first came out, the benefits and premiums offered were so close to what we currently had for our small firm (18 participants) that we elected to pass on the opportunity. However, we evaluated these plans each year and in 2023, the insurance carrier, benefit levels and especially premium costs were clearly way ahead of the competition! We went with the TBA plan in 2023 and over the past two years have saved over $62,000 for the same level of coverage for our employees. I would not hesitate to recommend that other law firms seriously evaluate the TBA plans.” Find out more or get your quote now.

TBA’s Group Health Insurance, provided by BlueCross BlueShield, offers guaranteed issue coverage, with no health questions and no pre-existing condition exclusions. The Mt. Juliet law firm Burrow Lee made the switch. Here is what attorney Jason Lee says about the program: “My small firm switched to the TBA’s group health insurance coverage a few years ago and this has provided us with significant savings for health insurance costs. We have been pleased with this program, which essentially kept our insurance coverage the same, but with a significant savings. I encourage other Tennessee law firms to at least look at the proposal to see if it makes financial sense. The transition was smooth, and we have not had any issues with the program.
