Bio:

I began practicing in the metro Atlanta area where I litigated personal injury and property damage claims for seven years working as a defense attorney for a major U.S. insurance company. With that insurance company, I  handled hundreds of injury claims in the State of Georgia including regularly trying bench and jury cases as first and second chair.  I handled complex litigation including death and dismemberment with damages sometimes reaching the millions.  I also handled smaller litigation, which, can present its own unique set of challenges. 

 

Since my move to Tennessee I have kept my Personal Injury practice going but now mainly represent Plaintiff.  I negotiate, draft, and litigate contracts; appear in most general civil litigation matters; as well as began Estate Planning as a part of my firm- The Coop Firm, PLLC.
