Bio:

Danese Banks is the founder and CEO of Banks Mediation Services, PLLC. She is a Rule 31 Listed General Civil Mediator and attorney. Prior to becoming a mediator, she was the Managing Partner of the Memphis office of The Cochran Firm, founded by the late Johnnie L. Cochran, Jr. She has been an attorney for over 25 years, practicing full time for over 22 years. During her tenure at Cochran, she resolved thousands of cases through settlement and trial and is highly respected by both Plaintiffs’ and Defense counsel alike.

In addition to being a mediator, she is also a Certified Professional Coach and Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner. Both endeavors provide her with the unique opportunity to serve people in the way she loves best—by solving problems and resolving conflict.
