Bio:

Justin B. Faith, a Member/Partner of Gearhiser, Peters, Elliott & Cannon, practices primarily in the area of civil business litigation and estate/probate administration. Justin received his Bachelor of Science degree, magna cum laude, with Highest University Honors in Political Science (Law & Public Policy) with a Minor in Economics from the University of Louisville in 2008. Justin then received his law degree, magna cum laude, with High Honors, from the University of Tennessee College of Law in 2011.
Prior to joining the firm, Justin served as the Judicial Law Clerk for the Honorable W. Frank Brown III and the Honorable Jeffrey M. Atherton of the Hamilton County Chancery Court. Since joining the firm Justin has handled all aspects of litigation through several types of cases including commercial litigation and business disputes, construction matters, employment and municipality law, insurance claims, real property matters, trust and estate administration and litigation, conservatorship proceedings, appeals, and others. Justin is actively involved in the Chattanooga, Tennessee, and American Bar Associations and in related community service and pro bono events. He currently serves on the TBA YLD Board and the TBA House of Delegates.
