Issac’s representation of business entities often extends past formation and includes issues involving corporate governance, policies, amendments to governing documents, and counsel on preparing and negotiating various contractual relationships. He represents an industrial development board and a joint economic and community development board as corporate counsel. Issac has also represented industrial development boards and housing authorities defending actions for mechanics’ and materialmens’ liens among other breach of contract claims. He is familiar with the common financing structures in closing held businesses and public-private partnerships.
