Will Cartwright's background has been in logistics and business leadership. He started his corporate career at an entry level position and worked his way up through hard work and dedication. Over the last ten years of his corporate career, he was in an executive "Regional" position with a company with more than 1,000 employees. His focus was on operational leadership, growth, and improvements. Throughout his corporate career, he continued with his education where he obtained a bachelor degree in business from MTSU, an M.B.A. from Troy University, and a law (J.D.) degree from Nashville School of Law where he graduated in the top third of his class.


Since opening his own law firm, Will has developed his practice focusing on Estate Planning, Probate and Family Law. Setting up estate plans for families is the part of the law that gives the most satisfaction. Will has drafted trusts, wills, and other estate documents for families meeting their specific needs and legacy goals. Will also handles Probate of estates making sure that estates are properly closed and administered to beneficiaries. In addition to estate planning and probate, Will has extensive experience in Family Law ranging from divorce to child custody matters and Business matters focusing on contract negotiation, litigation, and preparation and risk management.

Will's practice area includes the Greater Nashville area with his office conveniently located in Murfreesboro. He's committed on taking the time to research your situation completely and bring about the most effective opportunities ensuring you get a successful outcome.Will is proud recipient of the AVVO client choice award, and has been nominated as one of Tennessee's Top 100 litigators. Will is married to his wife, Nikki, and they have 3 children.
