Although I work generally in civil litigation, legal writing has been my passion over my 16+ years of practice. My extensive experience includes writing appellate briefs, complex motions and supporting memoranda of all kinds (dispositive, discovery, evidentiary, etc.), and then arguing them successfully in the courtrooms of Tennessee and Mississippi (state and federal). Many fellow lawyers tell me that their busy legal practice could really use some strong and persuasive writing, but time and other resources are tight. Let me put my skills and experience to work for you!
