Bio:

Barry Abbott is a native of Chickamauga, Georgia and graduate of UTC and The University of Tennessee College of Law.  Barry is a founding member of Abbott, Weiss, Faith & Darnell, PLLC in Chattanooga, Tennessee where he served as the Managing Member for 30 years until May of this year.  Barry is licensed to practice law in Tennessee and Georgia and is a proud member of the Tennessee Association of Construction Counsel where he currently serves on the Board of Directors. Barry focuses his practice at Abbott, Weiss, Faith & Darnell in the areas of construction litigation, real estate litigation, real estate transactions and business litigation.  Barry is a veteran of the Persian Gulf War, Operation Desert Storm, where his unit supported the 101st Airborne Division in Iraq in 1991.  Barry resides in Chattanooga with his wife Geri.
