For Failure to Pay the Annual Registration Fee

The attorneys listed below were suspended by the Board of Professional Responsibility for failure to pay the 2009 annual registration fee as required by Rule 9, section 20 of the Rules of the Tennessee Supreme Court. Orders were filed with the Supreme Court on May 11, May 22, June 10, June 25 and Aug. 14, 2009.

Attorneys who have since complied with fee requirements, and for whom notice has been received from the court, are noted as reinstated.
