Honky-tonk bar owners in Nashville will not be granted a temporary restraining order over COVID-19 restrictions, Fox 17 reports. The ruling rejecting the request by U.S. District Court Judge Eli Richardson found that the government has authority to issue shut downs to get a handle on rising coronavirus cases, citing similar rulings in other states.
