The Tennessee Faith & Justice Alliance is celebrating its third annual Pro Bono & Faith Days with training events for legal, community and faith leaders in each grand division of the state this month. The sessions will focus on the free legal resources and other help available in each area, and how leaders can better serve their communities through faith and justice partnerships. This year’s partners are the National Interfaith Alliance Against Domestic and Sexual Violence and the Tennessee Senior Law Alliance, which respectively, will highlight the legal resources available for those experiencing domestic and sexual violence or elder abuse. The schedule is as follows: Oct. 21 in Morristown, Oct. 24 in Gallatin, Oct. 29 in Memphis and Oct. 31 in Chattanooga. All events will take place from 1 to 3 p.m. local time.
