The U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Tennessee, in partnership with the Knoxville Chapter of the Federal Bar Association, will host a public reading of the Constitution tomorrow. The event will be held in the courtyard of the Howard H. Baker Jr. U.S. Courthouse, 800 Market St., 37902, from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. For more information contact Janet Jackson with the court. In the evening, Chief U.S. District Court Judge Pamela L. Reeves will speak at the Blount Mansion’s annual Dr. Paul H. Bergeron Constitution Day Lecture. An opening reception at 5:30 p.m. and the presentation at 6:30 p.m. are free and open to the public.
