Nashville lawyer Philip Marshall DeBusk Sr. died Sept. 4, following a brief illness. He was 74. A 1976 graduate of the Nashville School of Law, he was retired as a legislative liaison for the Comptroller of the Treasury, State of Tennessee. Survivors include his wife, Nashville lawyer Barbara E. Futter. Interment, attended by family, will be at 10 a.m., Sept. 19 at the Middle Tennessee State Veterans Cemetery. Visitation, beginning at 1 p.m., will precede a 2 p.m. memorial service at Westminster Presbyterian Church.
