District Attorney General for the 26th Judicial District Jerry Woodall will retire Aug. 1, and Gov. Bill Haslam’s office is now accepting applications to fill the office temporarily, until the next election in 2018. Qualified candidates must have lived in the state for five years and the district for one year. The 26th Judicial District includes Chester, Henderson and Madison counties.
