The Tennessee Supreme Court suspended Andy Lamar Allman from the practice of law today after finding that he failed to respond to a complaint filed with the Board of Professional Responsibility and misappropriated funds. Because of these actions, the court determined that he posed a threat of substantial harm to the public. The suspension takes effect immediately and will remain in effect until modified or dissolved by the court. Read the BPR notice.
