Sullivan County lawyer Jason R. McLellan received a public censure from the Supreme Court of Tennessee today and was required to attend at least six hours of continuing legal education related to law practice management. He entered a conditional guilty plea admitting that his actions violated Rules of Professional Conduct 1.4 (communication) and 8.4(a) (misconduct).
