ORDER OF SUSPENSION FOR DEFAULT WITH TSAC PURSUANT TO TENN. COMP. R. & REGS. R. 1640-01-23-.05(4)

Pursuant to Supreme Court Rule 9, Section 37.1, the Supreme Court may suspend the law license of an attorney who is in default on a repayment or service obligation under any federal family education loan program, a student loan guaranteed or administered by the Tennessee Student Assistance Corporation (TSAC), or any other state or federal educational loan or service-conditional scholarship program. The Supreme Court received notice from TSAC of a list of attorneys who had failed to comply with their obligations under a state or federal educational loan or service-conditional scholarship program guaranteed or administered by TSAC.

The Supreme Court issued a show cause order providing the names of each of the attorneys in default and providing each attorney 30 days to show cause, pursuant to Tennessee Supreme Court Rule 9, Section 37.4, as to why the attorney’s law license should not be suspended based on the attorney’s aforementioned default.

With the 30 days having expired, the following attorneys have not shown cause as to why their law licenses should not be suspended and have been suspended.
