The Supreme Court issued two dissent-free decisions Monday, a triumph for the ideal of a court that focuses on law rather than politics, Bloomberg News reports. Despite the court’s anticipated divisions over Obamacare and same-sex marriage, columnist Cass Sunstein writes that the justices’ 9-0 decision shows they can agree on “central legal questions” without political influence.
