Madison County lawyer Angela Jenkins-Hines was suspended from the practice of law on Jan. 23 for one year, however, the court allowed her to serve all but 60 days on probation so long as she meets two conditions: she must complete at least one hour of continuing legal education focused on trust accounting and engage a practice monitor during the probationary period. The court found that Jenkins-Hines used her trust account for personal and business purposes and had overdrafts in the account. She admitted to the misconduct. Download the BPR notice.
