Roane County lawyer Patricia Donice Butler was suspended on July 28 for nine months, but the court allowed her to serve all but 90 days on probation so long as she completes an additional 12 hours of continuing legal education, engages a practice monitor, confers with the Tennessee Lawyers Assistance Program (TLAP) and complies with all of its recommendations.
